If you're a reader in Australia, you should be able to buy Kate Grenville's recent titles at your local quality bookshop, either in person or through their website. If they're out of stock of a title ( this may be the case with the older books), they'll order it in for you. All Kate Grenville's books are still in print in Australia (that is, booksellers can order them from the publisher).
These are a few of the bookshops that offer online sales:
In Sydney, Australia: Gleebooks
http://www.gleebooks.com.au
In Sydney, Australia: Abbey's
www.abbeys.com.au
In Sydney, Australia: Booktopia
www.booktopia.com.au
In Melbourne, Australia: Readings

Of course, you can also buy the books through internet businesses. You might like to keep in mind, however, that these businesses often deal in UK or US editions of the book as well as the Australian edition.
Internet businesses don't have warehouses full of books - they order the book from the publisher, then send it on to the customer. They supply whatever edition gives them the best profit. This may mean accessing UK or US editions of an Australian book. It may also mean they're selling "remainders" of those editions (copies declared out of print by the publisher), even if they don't announce this.
It makes no difference to most readers which edition they get, but it can make a significant difference to the author. International copyright laws mean that a UK or US edition sold in the UK or the US earns the author the full royalty (10%). However, if that UK or US edition is sold to a buyer in Australia, the author will only earn half that (an "export royalty" of 5%).
Authors earn nothing from sales of remainders.
For that reason, if you're an Australian reader, Australian authors would prefer you to choose an Australian edition when buying online. For Kate Grenville's books this means the editions published by Text Publishing, Picador Australia, Allen and Unwin, or University of Queensland Press.
For readers in North America and the UK, good bookshops will have, or can order, the recent titles from the British or American publisher. (British or American editions sold in Britain or America recoup the author the full royalty since they're not "export sales"). Some of the older titles won't be available through UK and American shops and should be ordered online (preferably from an Australian supplier).
If you're having problems getting copies of any of the books please contact me through the address on the homepage.
Many of Kate Grenville's books are available as large print editions and audio books and all the recent titles are available as ebooks.
